Alternative Telephone Solutions Terms & Conditions

All new and refurbished products purchased from ATS are accompanied by a full 12 month warranty. Any misuse, wear and tear or abuse of goods by the customer will invalidate the warranty. Any extended manufacturer’s warranty on new items will be honoured by ATS.

Payment is normally required to be made, either at the time of ordering (by credit or debit card) or within the time specified on invoice.

Payment can be made for your chosen products over the phone by credit or debit card.

Payment can be made in the form of cheque or postal order, made payable to Alternative Telephone Solutions Ltd.

Payment can be made by bank transfer. ATS to provide bank details upon request.

Any faulty items must be returned with all their original packaging, with the packaging unmarked – the item should then be packaged in a separate delivery box so that no damage occurs to the packaging during transportation. Faulty items will be repaired and returned under warranty.

Items that are found not to be faulty shall be returned and the customer will be liable for additional delivery charges. The consumer reserves the right to return goods on arrival if damaged, within 7 days.

Cancelling an order
Any orders made in error must be notified to ATS within a 7 day period.

All orders made in error will be refunded within a 7 day period.

All items must be returned to ATS within a 7 day period.

All items must be in their original packaging when returned to ATS, within a 7 day period.

Delivery Policy
Our standard carriage charge is £10.00 (plus VAT) for orders weighing less than 10kg, which are for delivery within the UK mainland, i.e. England, Scotland and Wales.

There is a £25.00 (plus VAT) charge for orders to the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight, on all parcels weighing 10kg or under.

There is a standard carriage charge for orders to Northern Ireland of £25.00 (plus VAT) on orders weighing 10kg or under.

All deliveries outside of the British Isles must be arranged before the order is dispatched. The cost of delivery will depend on the destination of the order and the weight and dimensions of the parcel(s).

Please allow between 1 and 3 days for delivery of your order. Deliveries outside of the UK mainland may take longer.

In the unusual even of our third part courier service not meeting the level of service required of them, ATS cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of your goods. However, ATS will always endeavour to ‘chase up’ the courier and keep the customer informed.
